If you are an under-aged person, you are not allowed to access or use Supremeedit.com You further acknowledge and agree that you must be of legal age to purchase any of our Service or services available on Supremeedit.com
By submitting the order form and/or payment, you confirm that you have fully read, understand and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, which form the entire agreement between Supremeedit.com and yourself
In this document:
"Website" means Supremeedit.com
"Customer", "You" or "Yours" mean and refer to you and/or any other person submitting the Order to the Website on your behalf.
"Company", "We" or "Our" mean and refer to Supremeedit.com
“Service” means an editing or proofreading job to be done on your original piece of paper.
"Order" means a written order of a standard electronic form that is filled and submitted online by the Customer to Our Website. Order specifies the scope of work and other requirements of the Customer regarding the service.
By submitting the Order and/or payment, you are purchasing the Service for Your personal use. Editors and Proof readers who transferred all rights and ownership regarding the Service to the customers.
You may find more detailed information about our services at the page "FAQ". It is your obligation to read these Terms and Conditions and the page "FAQ" before submitting any Order and/or payment to Supremeedit.com
Please be aware that all new clients have to verify their order over the phone. Hence, you are obliged to provide your correct phone number for the Company to be able to contact you. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse service.
Refunds: Money Back Guarantee
The Money Back Guarantee is the policy of refunds which is applicable to Supremeedit.com
Refund can be issued only to original source of payment.
You can qualify for a 100% refund if:
- There was a payment mistake (identical orders, double payment, etc). You will need to report the case to us immediately. You will only get a 100% refund if the editor has not been assigned.
- We are not able to provide you with a suitable editor.
- You no longer need the paper because the deadline has passed, but it wasn't delivered to you. In this case, you don't receive the paper and don't have the right to use any materials that we have sent you before on this order (Does not apply to revisions). Sending your order for revision means that you approve of the paper in general, but require minor adjustments. If you send your paper for revision, you will not be able to get 100% money back.
You will be eligible for a 70% refund if:
- The editor has been assigned, and less than a half of the deadline has passed; the editor has started working on your paper and should be compensated.
You will be able to get back 50% of your money if:
- The editor has been assigned to your order, and more than a half of the deadline has passed.
- We are not able to provide you with an editor for your revision.
If we fail to deliver the paper on time, we will recalculate a new price of the order according to the deadline, within which we delivered the paper. For example, if you ordered a paper with a day deadline and we provided the paper within 2 days, the difference between the payments will be refunded. (Does not apply to revisions).
Please note that you have 3 days to approve the paper. The approval time is calculated automatically from the moment the last version was uploaded to your personal order page and/or from the end of your deadline. After the time has passed, the paper (or a part of the paper) is approved automatically.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your paper, you may request a free revision to be made. You have up to three revisions and they are included with each paper without extra costs.
There are several important points you need to consider when setting the order on Dispute:
- In case of a Dispute, you will have to provide strong reasons and examples to back up your claim.
- It will take some time to resolve the Dispute - communicate with the editor, send the paper for evaluation, etc. Sometimes we may ask for additional materials or evidence to support your request.
- Each case is reviewed separately; every decision concerning refund is taken after careful consideration. The refund percentage is suggested independently in each case.
- Failure to provide the information required for Dispute resolution within 7 days will result in annulment of the Dispute and no refund will be possible thereafter.
For all the orders that are disputed, you have a 7 days period to resolve the situation with the Customer Experience Manager. If you fail to provide the required information or feedback within this time, contact our Customer Support Representatives and explain the situation to them.

We don't guarantee any particular grade, and you cannot ask for a refund if you were poorly assessed, as the contents of the paper are yours.
Copyright & Personal Use
The Services delivered to you are completely authentic. The full copyright to the Service and other materials delivered to you are not retained by the Company and/or its affiliates and collaborates.
Your use of the delivered Service and other materials available from Supremeedit.com is for your personal use. You shall distribute, publish, transmit, modify, display or create derivative works from the Service and/or contents of the edited/proofread document, which was done by Supremeedit.com without the prior written consent of the Company.
You acknowledge that the Company reserves the right to cancel any agreement, contract or arrangement with any person who condones or attempts to pass plagiarised document as original when asking for editing or proofreading.
We guarantee that the paper's plagiarism level is lower than 10% (not including bibliographical references and cliched phrases); that we follow all your instructions; that we follow formatting requirements that you state; that we conduct the editing and or proofreading; that we comply with the formal standard English style.
We do not guarantee any particular grade and you cannot ask for refund in case you received an unsatisfactory mark or job application refusal.
Mind that your email address will be used to send you notifications considering the most important stages of Order fulfilment, such as clarification of any issues, unread messages and Order completion. Your telephone number will be used only for urgent notifications.
If you choose the feature of plagiarism report, a detailed report on the plagiarism level will be uploaded for you after you approve the case. Plagiarism report will be generated by reliable system Grammarly.com The price for this feature is stated in the Prices section of Supremeedit.com
As soon as you complete the form, the price for Your Order will be calculated based on deadline, type of work and special features you choose. Deadline timer will start counting down only after you perform the payment.
Fees and Payment
Company's charges for the services provided are shown on the Company's Website
If a Customer requires a type of work that cannot be classified as a regular type of services provided on Company's Website or if a Customer requires the completed Service to be amended in a way that is inconsistent with the initial Order instructions, a Company may set own rate for delivery of the Service.
A Customer is invited to pay for the Order in advance, given the Company is reasonably confident that it is able to allocate an editor to deliver the Service. If payment in advance has been provided, but the Company was not able to allocate an editor to deliver the work, a full refund of the payment made in advance will be provided.
Delivery of Completed Service
Upon completion, your paper is available for download from the personal dashboard. If the work meets the Customer's expectations, he can press the "Mark completed" button and download the completed work.
After the Customer presses the "Mark completed" button, he is allowed to ask for a free revision only within 3 days. For additional information, please consult our revision policy document. After the Customer presses the "Mark completed" button, he is not able to ask for any refund.
If a Customer does not receive a completed Service by the deadline, he receives certain amount of refund. For further information on this question, view Our Money back guaranteed document.
Company will not be liable for any delays or technical problems in delivery of the Service resulting from any malfunction of Customer's mail-server or Customer's Internet Service Provider.
Please note that you have 3 days to approve Your Order. Time for approval is calculated automatically from the moment the last version was uploaded to your personal Order page. After the time has passed, the paper (or the part of the paper) is approved automatically.
After 3 days of the Order approval, you will receive an email with invitation to fill out a survey in your personal control panel. In there, you will have to assess the quality of the paper received, work of the editor and support. This will help us to monitor our quality better and improve our service every day.

By submitting the Order and/or payment, you acknowledge that you are in complete understanding and agreement with the statements above.
Limitation of Liability
You agree to release and hold the Company and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfilment agencies, any third-party providers or sources of information or data and legal advisers (the "Company's Affiliates") harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising from or related to the Service, including but not limited to: (a) telephone, electronic, hardware or software, network, Internet, email, or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind; (b) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (ac) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Company that may cause the Service to be delayed, disrupted, or corrupted; (d) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of utilising Our services; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with Our services. In addition, You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Company and Company's Affiliates harmless from any claim, suit or demand, including attorney's fees, made by a third party due to or arising out of Your utilising of Our services, Your violation or breach of these Terms and Conditions, Your violation of any rights of a third party, or any other act or omission by You.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF SUPREMEEDIT.COM OR ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED ON SUPREMEEDIT.COM BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
